It is very small but sooooooooo focused. They even selll perrones; the communal decanter/pitcher. Great place. Check out the $13 mencia. It is great. I'll go anywhere for Spanish reds. Warehouse Wines on Broadway has some Portuguese reds. The best wines that I've had from Portugal are the Douros. A few from Alentejo have also been very satisfying.
